The Life and Training of Stuart Netsky Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1955, Stuart Netsky began his professional life in a field quite different from the fine arts. Before establishing himself as a visual artist, he spent several years in the fashion industry. From 1977 to 1983, he served as the president and head designer of a millinery design company located in New York City. This early immersion in design and the constructio
