Vertumnus and Pomona

Pomona ( , Latin: [poːˈmoːna]) was a goddess of fruitful abundance and plenty in ancient Roman religion and myth. Her name comes from the Latin word pomum, "fruit", specifically orchard fruit. Pomona was said to be a wood nymph.
