Early Life, Family and Training Eugen Nevan was born on January 18, 1914, in Mohács, Hungary, under the name Neufeld. His early trajectory was marked by a significant departure from a traditional medical path. Between 1934 and 1936, he attended the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague.
