Do šestdesetih let prejšnjega stoletja so njegovi eksperimenti z ritmom in svetlobo dosegli svoj vrhunec v delu Torony-Nagy iz leta 1969. To dzieło uporablja štiri stilizirane vire in visoko kontrastno paleto modrih, zelenih in oranžnih barv, da ustvari občutek notranje blesti.
Njegove vzorci in geometrijske strukture so našli svojo pot v teksture vsakodnevnega življenja, kjer so vplivali na linije mode, načrte notranjega oblikovanja in logiko grafičnega oblikovanja.
