Wang Wenbin received his education at Nanjing Jinling High School and the University of Foreign Languages in China, specializing in French.

Ambassadorial Role: From 2018 to 2020, he served as China's Ambassador to Tunisia.
Currently functions as a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Director of the Information Department, and a member of the Communist Party of China – becoming the 32nd spokesperson since the position’s establishment in 1983.
