Cecil Maguire (1930–2020): A Painter of Rural Ireland

Cecil Maguire (20 January 1930 – 7 May 2020) was an Irish landscape and figure painter whose evocative depictions of the Irish countryside, particularly Connemara & Ulster, cemented his place as a national treasure.
