      Henri Gaudier-Brzeska wurde am 4. Oktober 1891 in Saint-Jean-de-Braye, Frankreich, als Henri Gaudier geboren.       In London wurde Gaudier ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Vorticist-Bewegung, die von Wyndham Lewis und Ezra Pound gegründet wurde.
