      Frühes Leben und Ausbildung

      Henri Lebasque, ein französischer postimpressionistischer Maler, wurde am 25. September 1865 in Champigné (Maine-et-Loire), Frankreich, geboren. Seine frühe künstlerische Ausbildung begann an der École Régionale des Beaux-Arts d'Angers. Im Jahr 1886 zog Lebasque nach Paris, wo er seine Studien unter Léon Bonnat fortsetzte.

      Lebasques Werk wurde maßgeblich von seinen Kontakten zu namhaften Künstlern seiner Zeit beeinflusst, darunter Camille Pissarro und Auguste Renoir.
