作品詳細説明

This small oil painting transfers the aesthetical tenets of Michele Catti to a figurative plane. In particular, the fleeting visual impression originating from the reverberations of the pink morning light on the slightly rippled sea becomes an opportunity to convey the nuances of the soul. The real element of the ephemeral fishermen at work is abruptly pushed towards the horizon while the brushstrokes, both free and thick, are the real protagonists of the canvas.
