A Life in Swedish Art
Born in Lillhärdal, Sweden, Carl Staaff was a versatile painter, drawing teacher, and court painter. His artistic journey began under the guidance of a local craftsman before he moved to the Stockholm Academy to study under Johan Gustaf Sandberg.
