Born in Montreal, Canada, Etienne Zack is a Canadian-American painter who has developed a significant presence in the contemporary art world. His formal training includes attending Concordia University in 1997 and later earning a diploma from the Emily Carr University of Art and Design in Vancouver in 2000. Throughout his career, Zack has explored themes involving architecture, power, and the construction of history.
