He studied with János Thorma, a key figure in establishing the colony’s distinctive aesthetic, characterized by its focus on capturing the subtle nuances of light and atmosphere. Later, he benefited from the guidance of Béla Iványi Grünwald, further refining his technique and understanding of composition.
