A Life in Color and Water
Raoul André Ulmann was a French painter born in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. A student of William Bouguereau and Tony Robert-Fleury, his artistic focus centered on maritime scenes, including Breton and Dutch seascapes, as well as various views of Paris.
