His work is associated with Minimal Art, Post-minimalism, and Lyrical Abstraction. Throughout his career, he has participated in more than a hundred group exhibitions and has held more than forty solo exhibitions in important contemporary art galleries. His artistic trajectory includes significant recognition, such as receiving a National Endowment for the Arts Grant in 1968 and the Theodoran Award from the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in 1969.
