- Wang Wenbin received his education at Nanjing Jinling High School and the University of Foreign Languages in China, specializing in French.

- Following graduation, Wang Wenbin joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
- He held various positions including Deputy Director and Director of the Policy Research Office.

- Ambassadorial Role: From 2018 to 2020, he served as China's Ambassador to Tunisia.
